JMJ Connecticut Property Management is locally owned and offers a full range of services that ensure your property is well maintained and retains its value and beauty. We deal with details common to property management — such as general maintenance, septic systems, replacing hot water heaters, oil tank removal, drainage systems, apartment renovations or just having the carpets cleaned. In addition we collect rents and screen tenants. Your «job» is to leave those late night calls to us while you sit back and collect a monthly check. We find the solutions to meet your property’s needs.

History

Established in 1988.

I am a Connecticut native who received both my Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University. My experience in real estate and property management began in 1988 when I discovered that my innate abilities at solving problems made life easier for property owners.

It is my hope that sharing some of myself with you might give you an idea of the person with whom you will entrust your home.

I am a Connecticut native who received both my Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University. My experience in real estate and property management began in 1988 when I discovered that my innate abilities at solving problems made life easier for property owners.

Currently, I serve as the immediate past president of the WCSU Alumni Association and sit on a committee for Ann’s Place — The Home of I CAN. In my leisure time, I enjoy my extended family, traveling, the arts, and my volunteer work. When time allows I work on an Italian cookbook based on family recipes.
