I have been banking at this location for roughly eight years, have had multiple unsecured loans with them and not one late payment. I went in to try to refinance my pick up to get my elderly very ill father off the loan and to try and reduce the payment. The credit bureau they use had a lower score than the one I get to see each month through Capital One, though the guy there thought we would be ok as I DID NOT want to run my credit if we weren’t close. Underwriter reviewed it and counter offered something ridiculous. If you want a credit union that does not treat you based on numbers alone (just like a bank)…don’t go here. It’s very disappointing and I will be moving my business else where.
