Oga Members Course

Went today, first time there today and we drove about 45 minutes out of our way to check it out. We will NOT be going back.
I showed up before the tee time but had some trouble figuring out where the back of the clubhouse was or where to drop off our clubs as the parking lot is on the first floor and the pro shop on the 2^nd floor. I didn’t want to take my clubs into the clubhouse as it seems like bad etiquette in most places so I was not sure what to do for about 5 minutes. We finally made it up to the pro shop and was told we missed our tee time. 927am tee time on a Wednesday and it was 927am. Instead of being helpful he essentially implied we were stupid or could not read. He gave us one option which was to catch up to the group on the first tee box or wait a long time. We rushed to the box, and the 2some in front of us was in the fairway and wanted to join the 2some behind them. We shook hands with the nice couple, and over the loudspeaker he yells out for us to catch up to group ahead and not join the 2some.
The parking lot was less than 10% full on a Wednesday morning. There was no tournament or mens league for the morning.
Not sure if it was ageism, racism, golf snobbery or just bad customer service but I did not enjoy my round and will not being going back.
