This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I arrived to my 1^st appointment on time, only to be turned away by a rude receptionist. She said that my appointment was cancelled because I did not return their calls to confirm my appointment. I never received any messages that I needed to return a call or confirm an appointment & I’ve never dealt with anything like this from any other doctors office. I should have trusted the bad reviews I read on Google.

Dr. Prasanna has been my Doctor for several years and has always provided the best care with warmth and compassion. She listens to you and provides positive feedback no matter what your discussion entails. Her expertise and professionalism in her field of practice is evident.
In addition, since she is a Retired Colonel from the United States Army, and previously worked at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital, she has worked with wounded soldiers, mentally and physically, and understands the magnitude of the impact that situations can have on an individuals life.
If you are ever in need of psychiatric care, I highly recommend her services.
