I love this place! It roughly takes 20 min from the time I order until I start devouring their tasty morsels. The prices are fair and the food is orgasmic. I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve tried so far and I’m trying to make my way thru the whole menu. Their food will more than satisfy your craving but it will leave you with a bad addiction as well. Especially if you try the jalapeño poppers.

Just lost a customer due to the way the manager dealt with a situation. When you place an order for a sub and then they do not add the usual items that come with it, it isn’t right. Then the manager says I made it the way the slip said. No, I’d be happy to remake it and deliver it to you, nothing of the sort. He told me to speak to the owner that took my order but he was gone for the day. Then he proceeded to hang up on me.
I will NEVER spend my money there again just on the way the guy spoke to me.
Awful customer service on the phone. Great usually inside when I deal with the owner.
Sad that a person like the manager will drive away good customers. And I will be sure to tell the others that I know not to order from there again.

Walked in to order a carry out special. Large 1-​topping gyro pizza. Took maybe 8 minutes and it was fresh and beautiful. Atmosphere was meh but it is a very small sitting area. I wouldn’t say staff was great but they were alright. Owner had a good report with some of the regulars that came in. Definitely going to be my designated pizza restaurant from now on.

Whoa ordered pizza from this place right near my home and they did not disappoint one bit that first bite was a party in my mouth the cheese as it melts in between your teeth and how the tomato sauce comes into play with a tasty punch of that crunchy pepperoni game and the crust you can almost taste the love coming out of the crisp dough with these zesty spice banana peppers on the side to give it that SHAZAM factor to K. O the wonderful slice of sweet pizza on top great customer service Jesus i found my place.

I ordered five sandwiches and not one of them was made as requested and it isn’t as if the order was obscure or outlandish. A plan turkey and cheese that came with lettuce, tomato, onion be mayo and do went the rest. I will not order from here again.

The pizza is good, not great just average good. To be fair it was just a cheese pizza for the kids so not sure how toppings would improve it. I’d give them 3.5 stars if possible because my pizza steak sub was actually really good! I’m looking forward to ordering that again.

Ordered from this place last night.
Let’s make this brief– GROSS. Such a waste of money. I want a refund and they refuse. I am considering contacting my bank to get my money back.
I would say «oh, maybe I will try a pizza».hell no… they will never get a dime again.
I ONLY ordered based on the majority of reviews on Unilocal. They must be friends of the owners. cause — Yuck, Ew, Why and HOW are you serving food. I am still waiting for another 12 hours to pass to ensure I did not get food poisoning.

It was good, but bad pizza is hard to find. We ordered two large pizzas, one cheese for the kids and one with green peppers and pepperoni for the adults. We placed the order after the normal dinner hour at 7:00 on a Thursday evening and received it at 7:40. The driver wasn’t unfriendly but wasn’t really friendly either. The bill was $ 21.50 give or take a few pennies. It was perhaps the most average experience I’ve ever had. To be clear, I’d order from there again because it’s a known commodity, but it probably won’t blow your socks off.

I was in the Woodbridge area last Friday and on a friend’s recommendation stopped in for a pizza to take home. Pizza Palace is a carry out & delivery only restaurant and not much too look at, but their pizza was the best I have ever had. Ever! The Big Chain Shops cannot compete with their wonderful crust, fresh ingredients and their attention to details. Give them a call next time the pizza craving hits you. You won’t regret it!

I am a pizza lover and this is by far hands down the best pizza in all of Virginia. I’m their number one fan. Not only is the pizza delicious the customer service is amazing. I order from them at least 8 times a month and I have never had an order that didn’t meet my expectations. I had the chance to meet the owner one day and he was sooo sweet. Those other pizza chains out there need to bow down to the Pizza Palace! We always get thin crust pizza which isn’t on the menu but you can request it. Just try them and you will be hooked!

When I come home and have time this is a must stop place! Best subs and pizza! Everyone is friendly and super nice! I have known the owner for years as a customer! They are the only place who delivers when t is snowing and roads are hard to drive on!
I wish they had a sit down area so I could eat there move often when I do come down! Otherwise I have to eat in my car or go to my parents house!

I’ve lived in Woodbridge for almost 20 years — and this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Great cheese/​sauce ratio. Bread is not too thick and not too thin. The plain cheese pizza is perfect. But also try with gyro meat… awesome!
Haven’t tried much else, so can’t rate the subs, etc. But the service is great. Carryout only. Very inexpensive and awesome.
The wings are amazing — the owner gave me a few to try and I loved them. Way better than most «wings» restaurants around town!
