My fiancé and I are so thankful for Mike Garcia and his son Mike Garcia Jr. We bought a house, and within the first week we found that the basement leaked every time it rained. Due to the fact it was an estate sale– we were stuck. At this time we also discovered we had a wood foundation. I didn’t even know that was an option! Several companies came out to our house. Some told us they couldn’t help because of the wood foundation, and others gave us estimates of up to $ 80,000 to fix the issue. This was out of the question. Then someone recommended to have Mike Garcia come out to take a look. He came out right away, and was so comforting to us. He looked at more than just the wood foundation and educated us on all the causes to our basement leaking. He was then able to communicate our options to us. We came to an agreement on what the best option was, and Mike Garcia Jr came out to complete the work. They were both so knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed, and the option we decided upon was a fraction of estimates from other companies. The Garcia’s put our fears to rest and got us to a point that we were excited to be homeowners again! I cannot say enough positive things about their company and the work that was completed!

Mike Garcia Construction built my custom home here in manassas in 1998. They did my restoration work in 2012 due to a major water pipe break that flooded my entire first floor. Both times their work was well done and with a staff of professional people.
I would build with this company again. If you want a builder that stands behind their product and will help you throughout the various restoration/​remodeling work of your home. I highly recommend this company both Mike Garcia Sr. and Michael Garcia Jr. are such a pleasure to deal with that they make home building fun.
