His dealership, Loman Auto Sales & Service, is one of the fastest growing auto dealerships in the Tri-State area. John & his team’s mission is to help people quickly own the vehicle of their dreams, even with less than perfect credit.

Was told car was in stock and my trade I would be good trade in regards to what’s owes vs what it’s worth. Told them what I wanted to put down and was told no problem. Took a hour and a half drive to get there. Car was never in stock and was told I needed 3x the down payment that was discussed for a car that wasn’t the one I wanted. Salesman that emailed me and spoke to me was no where to be found and someone else helped me (I use the word helped lightly)

This place is one big scam! My husband and I asked all the right questions during the car buying process and they gave all the right answers and said whatever they needed to say to who make us buy the car. After purchasing the car we arrived at many different headaches regarding the car. They lied about the bumper-to-bumper warranty but one of their biggest headaches for me was when we came up with a payment plan for our down payment and the plan was to give them three written checks and we would pay the amount in cash before the check date so the checks don’t drop and they give it back to you but of course The whole entire department has zero communication with each other so when I called financial to tell them «I am coming tomorrow do not drop the check in the bank,» when I got there of course what do you think happened, they dropped my check and took out $ 800 from my bank account that wasn’t even there because I had the cash in hand to give them but they dropped the check anyway and when they did that they messed up my financial situation with the bank really bad and that pissed me off so much. If you intend on buying a car even if you have the worst credit, do not buy from here! They are liars and money hungry people that don’t give a crap about their customers after they’ve already bought the car. I am a very forgiving person and I understand people make mistakes but when the mistakes happen way too often you know that something isn’t right. Please do not buy a car from here if you do not want A headache or your financials to be messed up. They lie about everything.

The most horrible experience at a dealer ship period. They told us on the phone thy had the cars we were looking for and once we got there the salesman was rude and didn’t even end up telling us they didn’t have the car. So we ended up looking at another car and we wait for over 1 ½ and NOONE came to check on us we basically just ended up leaving !!! Never go there scam artists!

I went to Loman this Saturday … and the first thing i learned from the sales man is that «I’ll give you up to $ 5,400 more than your trade-in is worth or I’ll double your down payment now up to $ 5,000.» is just about big numbers … So don’t go by it … That will not happen … Maybe if the sticker price is highly marked up and they have the lenience to throw you a bone … My sales guy that i dealt with was not that bad … But I did not want to haggle since it was a used car and I knew nothing about it …

They say everyone is approved… That is baloney… If you have a credit issue they will then tell you that you can put then $ 5,000 down or get a co-signer…

I finally received my car a week after it was funded and during the whole week that the car sat in their lot they didn’t fix my window as promised.
The mechanic said he had no idea because no one told him. 1 WEEK IT SAT THERE AND NO ONE FIXED IT!
I was asked to return to get it fixed. We went back a few days later and they got the wrong part!
I have gone 3 times to get my window fixed and they keep getting the wrong part! And i still have not gotten the permanent plates or registration.
This place is horrible. The called me last Friday apologizing and they have the correct part now. It been exactly one month since i was financed for my car and no window has been fixed, no plates or registration, and i’ve wasted almost $ 200.00 in gas and tolls just to go up and down to and from woodbridge.

I can’t speak for other people on here but I can say my experience was the complete opposite.
I went in, initially looking for an SUV. I didn’t find what I wanted in my price range but the staff was great. So great that when I decided to revise what I was looking for, I went back to see what else they had.
I really can’t say enough good things about the experience I had — most especially with Miguel and Chris. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm… and I hadn’t eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick — I was shaking, my head was pounding — it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me.
I’ll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn’t feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn’t get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: «Hey, listen — I’m sorry we weren’t able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you’ll come back.» So, of course, I did.
If you’re looking for a car, please give these guys a try. When you go, make sure you talk to Miguel. He’s awesome and he’ll work hard to get you in something you like within your price range. And if he just can’t, he won’t bully you into something you don’t want.
