Business Owner
Jerome D. Ngando has over twelve (12) years of legal experience working with various law firms and multinational companies in the United States and overseas. He started his legal career as in-house counsel in 1996 in Cameroon (Central Africa) when he joined the law department of Guinness Cameroon, S.A. He later represented local subsidiaries of companies such as Exxon Mobil, Toyota, Texaco and Guinness in civil and commercial litigation.
Mr. Ngando did a legal internship in Paris, France, served as a Judicial Intern at the District of Columbia Superior Court. In 2005, he joined the law department of Sodexho, Inc. As in-house attorney for Sodexho, Mr. Ngando provided legal support in both English and French to the company’s senior executives, various internal divisions and employees in the U.S., Canada and France. Mr. Ngando is an American citizen of African descent. He’s fluent in four (4)languages including French and English and has a civil law and common law background.
