The ladies working here are always very nice, friendly, and helpful. The store isn’t very big so the selection of clothes isn’t that great, but they currently have a lot of bras (two whole walls plus some racks).

I didn’t shop here… the only reason I went to this location is because genius me… I bought some jeans at a different location and didn’t realize that the security tag was still on it. Since this location is the nearest one to me, I decided to stop in so they could remove it. First off… Potomac Mills mall is huge… and of course I parked on the wrong side. Anyway once I found the store, I asked them if they could remove the tag. To my surprise, the rep said she couldn’t. That I would need to walk down to New York and Co. By that time I was furious… how could they not have the machine to remove it? So I went to the other store… and they looked at me like I lost my mind. Yeah it’s strange that I, who did not purchase any items from New York and Co. would request for them to take off a security tag. And how embarrassing it was to go into each store and beep because of that darn tag. Well it would have been embarrassing if I cared about the looks I was getting. But anyway…
As for the clothes at this location, I just wasn’t impressed. I did like that they had a section for active-​wear. But all the clothes looked bland… they didn’t have a good selection of clothing in different colors. Maybe it’s just me, but I am not in love with blacks and grays. That’s just not me.
