Horrible customer service. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses from them (one for me, two for my husband). They prescribed me contact lenses as well. when I asked them if contact lenses will be covered by my insurance, they told yes, of course. All you have to pay is $ 22. Until that is couple months later, when I got the bill for the remainder. Their response — well, you should have checked with your insurance! Seriously? Well, I thought that whatever lies you were telling me were true!!! You can’t believe anything they would tell you! You have to double check everything. And by the way — I ended up purchasing another pair of glasses from BJ’s!!! Of all places!!! And they fit me better and let me actually see close and far! The glasses that my optometrist prescribed for me were only for distance! So, I couldn’t see anything within my arms reach. Use them at your own risk.

I had to revisit Dr Jablonski to update my glasses Rx. He took great pains to ensure my lenses/​Rx met my needs, since I work with computer monitors at varying distances. He also asked me to provide feedback on my earlier review and I met with Tim (dispensing optician) to clear up lack of communication on availability of previous lenses order. Upshot is that they are reviewing their notification system to ensure customers receive timely/​correct notification on when their orders are available for pickup. I appreciate them taking the time to find out what they could improve and what they need to do to continue to earn my business. Bottom line: Drs Conness and Joblonski are good doctors and take pains to care for my vision needs.

Dr. Jablonski and Dr. Conness are both extremely proessional and friendly! I usually see Dr. Jablonski but feel just as comfortable with Dr. Conness, the both do an excellent job evaluating and perscribing the appropriate corrective device or action weather it is glasses, contacts or surgery. They take the time to listen to what YOU want and fully explain options. I can’ see ever not going here even though it is a little out of the way for me — well worth the drive!

The admin staff was very nice, so no issues there. I had a lot of issues with the prescriptions they gave to get me to see «²⁰⁄₂₀.» When I told them that I could see most of the «bottom row» but it was still blurry, they told me I had perfect vision and started to shoo me out the door. I told them that I prefer to see without blurriness and fuzziness and was actually told, «Well, I guess we’ll keep working it since you want to see clearly all of the time.» It’s weird to made to feel bad for trying to reach the main goal of seeing well. I thought maybe it was just one of the doctors there, but when I came back to try on another pair of contacts, I was treated the same. It felt like I was a petulant child trying to get contacts/​glasses as a fad and not because I couldn’t see.
They don’t call you back if you contacts or glasses come in, so I had to hound them every time. They apologized each time for me having to call back so frequently, but the results were still the same. It took months to get a «just okay» prescription… which is slightly better with my glasses off. I thought I’d give them one last shot if they called me back with the latest Rx, but that was in December 2014 and I’ve already called twice so…

The doctor is lovely and helpful. Charmaine, the tech was great. The issue was they told me that Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP Vision was a discount program not an insurance plan! They charged me full price for a eye exam…$ 283.00! When I explained that I do have insurance, that I had already provided just one hour before, the receptionist explained she would have to check and get back to me. This was after I called in advance to be sure they accepted my insurance. The worst part was the dilated my eyes so I could barely see what I was signing. I will not be going back to this establishment. What a terrible way to run a business!!!

Great doctors especially Dr Conness. If you want a great exam with the Doctor actually explaining everything, you will want Dr Conness.

Patients, be sure to verify your insurance prior to going. I had my vision exam there and NOT ONCE did they tell me I had no insurance coverage before my exam! Only after I am on the hook for the bill did they tell me they called to verify my insurance and it said I had no coverage. This should have been told to me prior to being seen by the doctor!
