By far some of the rudest sales associates I have ever come across in P. Mills mall and the asst manager/sup Barbie and Store manager Terri are no better. Her((Barbie) self righteous attitude when dealing with a return issue was unbearable and embarrassing even. She raised her voice to speak over me and cut me off every chance she got. I had to ask her to lower her voice and let me speak. At one point I had to ask her to walk away, clearly she has no intent in providing me any service, let alone customer services. Store manager did nothing. Sales associates on the floor act as if you are troubling them, asking for a size or store look up. It is really sad how unmotivated the store is. And it starts with management.

LOVE H&M!!! The clothes aren’t expensive and the material isn’t cheap.

This is my least favorite H&M location. –It’s smaller than the Tysons and Fair Oaks Mall locations. –They usually only have one register open, even on a weekend.(Who likes waiting in line?!) However, if you’re at the Mills and something in the window catches your eye… you might as well breeze on in for a sec. Also, the dressing room large and never messy/unkempt. Huge plus!

Be a hipster on a PBR budget! So many finds, this massive store has everything you would find at any of their other stores for a ¼ the price. They have everything for men, women, juniors & teens, as well as kids &infants. Great selection of accessories: socks, cool knickers, boxers, hats, glasses, belts, and bags of all shapes and sizes. Staff Is very kid friendly, in fact they stuck us all in a huge dressing room, when it was time to try stuff on, which is great if you have a toddler. Plus it is in Potomac Mills, can anyone say Saks, Nordstroms, IKEA, etc. Plenty of place to grab some food, from Ligonberry pancakes or Swedish Meatballs at IKEA, to a cute lil Mexican Rotisserie across from the Nordstroms Rack.
