I have been coming to Great Expressions for just about a year and still can’t get over how friendly everyone is: from reception to procedure to billing. I have had extensive periodontal work, a cleaning, and got a crown impression and both Drs. Guiterrez and Shabahat have a fantastic rapport with their patients and seem to genuinely care about your comfort in the chair. They both are patient at explaining procedures and your issues and options.
So far, so good, and if anything new comes up I will update this review. No one likes to go to the dentist, but if my experience is average, they have made it as pleasant as possible

I went to Dr. Shukla on February 28, 2015. I would not recommend her at all. She seemed to be quite annoyed at my frustration at being kept in a dental chair for over 45 minutes to which she told me that if I wanted in and out service I should not come on a Saturday. When she finally began the procedure she proceeded to inject the needle prior to the numbing agent taking effect causing severe pain. In addition while drilling the drill seemed to accidentally drill my tongue causing me a ¾ of an inch gash. Highly unprofessional and left in pain.
