I’d been going all the way from Woodbridge to Alexandria to get my nails done. The last few times, I was very unhappy with that nail tech. I’ve been to Fusion for pedicures in the past and decided to give them a try for my fill. I was very happy with Mai and how she shaped my nails so perfectly! I will certainly return on a regular basis.

Nice nail shop and nice people. Rocky did a great job on my nails. First time coming here.

Excellent Pedicure! I really needed to relax and I left relaxed.
My only complaint was they charged me $ 26 for a gel polish change. After spending $ 65 on the pedicure, paying almost half for a gel polish, just didn’t make much sense to me. I’ll skip the gel polish and come back for the pedicure.

The location is very easy to get to. It’s off a main road but not a ton of traffic. They have a parking lot with plenty of space so that’s always easy and free.
The salon is modern in style. There is a secluded pedicure area that is very peaceful. They also offer a ton of different pedicures in different price ranges. I also get a glass of wine and plate of fruit every time I’m in for a pedicure.

They burned my finger prints off! Do not go there!
I Have been going to fusion nail’s for almost a year now. I went in with a friend on Friday May 29^th. It was a gift from my husband for our 1 year anniversary. My friend and Igot a spa pedicure and gel manicures. The pedicures were fine. We got served wine, twice each. Both times no ID was checked. During my manicure I put my hand in the dryer and after about a 30 seconds I took it out and told Mai (the nail tech) that it was too hot and burning my hands. She told me it was ok and to put it back. I did. We changed hands now. I put the other hand in and it also burned. So I continued to put my hands in but not touch the hot metal at the bottom. That day my husband paid $ 157.00 and a $ 40.00 tip. I didn’t realize that I had just burned my finger tips! 3 days later my finger tips started to peel. Kept putting lotion on. Then I realized that this isn’t from them being dry, it’s because my finger prints were peeling off from the burn.
I called them to speak with a manager. She asked me to come in so they can see them. I did. She put finger nail polish remover on the tips because she thought it was glue. It didn’t work! As soon as it dried my fingers were peeling again. Both managers on duty said there was nothing they can do because I waited so long to come in! I asked for a refund of only $ 41.00 for the cost of the manicure. Not my entire $ 157.00. Which by the way I had the receipt. Mai was there and told the managers that she had no idea who I was. And Victor who did my friends nails called me a liar in front of everyone. The place was packed. As I was talking to the managers they both walked away from me and ignored me as if I wasn’t standing there.
So at the end of the day my fingers are still healing and my integrity was compromised. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!

I found this on Unilocal on my way to meet a friend and was very impressed! I was a walk in on a dreary Saturday and was helped and welcomed quickly. Evelyn did my gel nails and they are gorgeous! She was super sweet and helpful! The gel manicure comes w a wax treatment that was weird at first but felt great after! Would go there if I lived closer :(

LOVE this place! Jen, Mai and Sunny do a fantastic job! If you’re looking for designs, then Jen is your person. I usually get the gel manicure and a milk and honey pedicure. I love it. The price is wonderful and the service is fantastic. I have been here several times and will continue to come back. Today so happens that I came early and had to leave in a rush. I thought my toes were done and after my event, noticed my heels messed them up. I came back minutes before they closed and Sunny fixed them without any hesitation! Great customer service!

I come here for wax and pedicure/​manicure for 6 years know and I love it. I use to be picky about who would wax me but I came to realize that most of them in there are awesome.

This place looks great and has very nice people. I’m writing my review based on my only experience there getting a hot stone massage. The massage was less than expected. I highly doubt the lady that gave me a massage is a licensed massage therapist. She just took the hot stones and oil and smothered me with oil and rubbed me down while intermittently rubbing her hands covered with rubber gloves on the hot stone. Although I will not return for a massage, I will definitely consider coming back here for a mani/​pedi.

I’ve been coming here since the shop opened and worked mainly with Miley for silk wraps though my best friend, mother, and daughter have been serviced by various other techs and we had no problems until today. Number one, the service and feel has definitely changed since Henry is no longer here. Secondly, I had a silk fill last Wednesday evening and had a lovely shade of red painted on. By Friday morning, two of my wraps had peeled and the polish had chipped on eight of my nails (my silks hold color well as I’ve always been able to go at least a week before even tip wear). I returned today as it was my first opportunity to have them fixed and fully intended to pay for a polish change and not another fill as it needed to be fixed from before. When I walked in Sunny and Lynne were friendly and nice as always but when I asked for the nails to be fixed and repainted Lynne’s attitude completely changed. She forcibly reached across the table and grabbed my hand so hard it cracked my knuckles and then proceeded to halfway remove my polish. She pushed my hands back and started putting the new color on. I looked down and my fingertips, skin and cuticles were red. I told her that I can’t have residue like that in my job and could we please try to clean it better. If she was struggling, I’d be happy to help out. She declined. Again she snatched my hands and wrenched my fingers again and started roughly wiping again. When I asked her to just please stop because she was being too rough and it hurt (my fingers are my livelihood and cannot afford to have them broken). Sunny came over and asked what was going on. Lynne spoke in another language to Sunny and was motioning to me then turned and started arguing with me and telling me that my nails were too old (brand new set was put on three weeks ago) and that’s why my nails were peeling. Lynne swore that my full set was not new and said we could check the camera to see what I had done so naturally I produced my receipt from three weeks prior and they magically didn’t bring that issue up again. I said to Sunny that I just wanted a refund on my four day old fill and she raised her voice at me and said,‘no refunds, you get what you get.’ I told Sunny that having an attitude like that was unacceptable and that I’m not going to be yelled at by Lynne and having my hands snatched roughly and I wanted a refund to go see Miley at Ibiza where she could fix it. That set Lynne off! She literally started ripping the silk wraps off of my fingers! I got up, stormed out and informed Sunny that I would be contacting the BBB about the customer service received.
Fusion really was great before the new owners and honestly Lynne was great as a tech but not an owner. She was so rude and rough that I left almost in tears. I could not believe how after giving them so much business over the years that they could treat me like this. I will never set foot in that establishment again.

I have been here several times now and each experience has been perfect. Nancy is a wonderful pedicurist — always very happy and engaging, but also lets you fall asleep when needed lol.
Very clean. The private rooms are a nice touch.
Price: lots of choices for all budgets. Basically you pay $ 1 per minute for services. The coffee and hot stone pedicure is my favorite.

I’ve been coming to Fusion Nail & Spa for almost 2 months and I must say, «Best customer service so far I’ve received since my previous visits to other places I won’t mention.» The staff is extremely nice, and well prepared as you enter the shop. You are greeted and offered a preferable type of drink or small perishable item; such as fruits/​desserts unlike many other nail salons.
I’ve been working with co-​owner and nail tech Lynn, who communicates very well and provides me outstanding mani-​pedi service (nothing fancy, just a gentleman’s preference). When I saw how talented Lynn was servicing in the eyebrow section, I asked how much, what do I need and please don’t make me look like a lady… lol…
Anyway, to compliment her skills, I tried the eyebrow service and was extremely satisfied with how she gently and expertly handled my face (as I am very sensitive to most different types of treatments; like hot wax and razors), but I must say that I was not disappointed. I applauded her for her courageous efforts of knowing what, when and how often I needed to come in order to maintain a gentleman’s well grooming style.
If you are new to the Woodbridge area or are not satisfied elsewhere? This is a must try kind of a place. Your experience may not be like mine, but I can assure you they’ll make it right if they feel they have not met your expectations. Doesn’t hurt to give them a try.

I have been here a few times and I have tried different techs. all very nice and helpful — it’s the place I spend when my better half and I have date day ! glass of wine and private pedicures. very nice

Thought I would try another spot just to give everyone a fair chance for my business, but I regret it. The layout is nice but the work done on me and my girls didn’t last that week! (Regular manis and pedis).
Not only that, they tried to sell us extra services but acted like we didn’t deserve any attention or conversations after they were declined. I had a conversation with the owner or manager, asked how long they been there and how they must be especially busy now with the summer season. Response: Oh we are always busy.
A bit cocky, huh? So I am guessing my business is no longer needed since they are always busy. Wow…

I’ve been to a bunch of salons in the Woodbridge area and none compare to Fusion Nails. Henry and the team here are absolutely great people with excellent customer service. You cannot beat the level of service, talent, beautiful and relaxing décor, fresh fruit, wine/​champagne, everything! It’s the total experience even just for a mani or pedi. Great people, great business! An absolute must go!

They are very friendly and great customer service. I got the Tea Time pedicure and it was amazing! I also got the shellac manicure (first time) and the nail tech said it would last 2 to 3 weeks but it’s only been a week and a half and it’s peeling and growing out. She also started pretty high up on my nail, rather then starting at the cuticle. I’m sure that just a sales strategy to get me back sooner. I’d rather buy the kit and do it my self for a lot cheaper!

I’ve been to this place several times and have become a fan. The owner, Henry I think, is very nice and personable. He stresses excellent customer service to his staff and it shows.
The salon is very nice looking with separate areas for pedicures and private rooms for the other services they offer. The prices are also very reasonable. I will keep going back here.

I just moved to the area and was in dire need of a new nail salon. Mimi did my toes and Henry did my nails, I love it! Loved the fruit and water they offer and the whole experience was pleasant! I have found my new nail spot!

Beautiful setting and wonderful customer face to face service. However, the pedicure I received was well below my expectations after reading all the reviews and a friends referral.
I booked a pedicure and the gentleman that provided a very hurried and rough service. He was clipping the extra skin so fast my left toe started to bleed and didn’t stop for a while. He put a blue liquid product then alcohol, needless to say… Burn baby, burn.
The grater and the foot scrub was very rough even after I asked for less pressure.
The paint job looks great, but I have dried blood in the corner of my left toe kind of leaves a stain on what is suppose to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
I immediately cancelled by facial after the pedicure I received.

As good as it gets in Woodbridge! They have an extensive menu for pedicures. I opted for a hot stone pedi which lasted twice as long as the other customers getting pedis.
Throughout my pedi my comfort was checked on… too warm, too cool, too soft, too hard… JUST RIGHT :).
