History

Established in 2011.

Liberty Strides LLC was established in November 2011. It is the licensed franchise for Fit4mom for Prince William County VA. As one of the largest Fit4mon franchises we have been offering Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides, Stroller Bar and Body Back exercise classes to Prince William County moms since our classes started in January 2012 at Potomac Mills Mall Va. Currently operating in both east and west ends of the county we are sure to have a class starting near you.

Being a mom to 4 amazing children: Rachael 24, Kyle 19, Owen 4, Jace 3 and a stepmother to Lauren 23 and Brie 21, I have always realized how important health and wellness is. My husband and I strive to make exercise and wellness a daily routine that is fun for all of us. As owners of many different types of business ventures including health and nutrition, skin care, real estate, investments, retail, trusts and now Fit4mom PWC, we feel privileged to share our knowledge and life skills with those who ask. I fell in love with the concept of Fit4mom and opened a franchise under Liberty Strides, LLC for all of Prince William County, VA in November of 2011. Fit4Mom PWC operates 5 days a week and offers Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides and Body Back to meet the needs of every mom. This area didn’t have any formal pre-​post natal fitness groups and I loved the idea of providing this service to my fellow neighbors.
