I was told by my fiancé that the dentist was actually very nice. Unfortunately, his office staff is beyond terrible. Please avoid this office. As a previous reviewer mentioned, they seem to have almost abusive billing tactics. They have an awful attitude and no empathy for the costs to their patients. Debra was extremely rude and condescending. She suggested my fiancé was uneducated and if she had a problem paying she should come in and have her filling REMOVED by the doctor. I honestly hope that doctor has no idea how his wife talks to his patients. Still appalled at the conversation I just heard and making sure everyone knows. Don’t worry Deb, your check will be there Friday.

I have had difficulty getting them to keep their appointments. It is a bit difficult getting in to see the staff even when you are there for your own appointment. They recently called me on a Tuesday for an early a.m. appointment the next day, which had NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO. I worked very late that Tuesday and called them when they were open the next morning and told them I could not come in on the day they suggested. We simply re-​scheduled the appointment by mutual agreement. However, they had the gall to send me a bill for $ 50 for not being able to make an alleged appointment I did not make but that was imposed on me the day before. I believe this is abusive and my counsel will send them a letter if they do not rescind the $ 50 fee. Obviously, it is time to switch dentists.

As someone who’s known for being meticulous its easy to identify my kind. Doctor Vasey and his staff met my every expectation. From Sheila, the office manager, to Tammy, the Dental hygienist, to Dr. Vasey, my new Primary Dental Care Expert, it was a great pleasure meeting them and being in their care this morning.
