zero stars! this companies after hours is very rude and ignorant!!! this guy was complete jerk and i am the one broken down and stranded! i thought he asked me a question and i was answering him and he raised his voice saying closed, closed, closed closed closed closed closed… seriously, how old are you!!! then dont pick up the phone!

If I could rate this company with no stars I would! DO NOT EVER allow this company to tow your vehicle when your are involved in an automobile accident! This company will NOT allow me to obtain my personal belongings until they speak to my insurance company, this is SO illegal on so many different levels! Additionally, the NASTY woman that answers the telephone (Cindy) refuses to allow you to speak to a manager and hung up on me. I recommend that you run from this company and if they show up to tow your vehicle, REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY! Oh and the accident was not my fault, I was rear-​ended and they are holding my handicap sticker. SO ILLEGAL!!!
I also spoke with a male by the name of «Doug» who indicated that I could come and obtain my stuff. He confronted «Cindy» while I was on the telephone the she claimed that she never said that I could not obtain my stuff, I then offered to play the recording of her refusing to give me my personal belongings. He quickly cut off the conversation, told me to come and get my stuff and never call them again.
Needless to say, I had an officer escort me to the premises to obtain my stuff.
