At the Spotsylvania Town Center, customer service at the counter was great, Cassie was wonderful.
The rest is not worth my time. A simple ring engraving priced at $ 45 and had three days to be finished was not finished. The only two people that can use the machine are the two owners. One has been out of the country for weeks and the other lives in Springfield and only comes down to Fredericksburg on Tuesdays. Which she didn’t today, so I have to wait another week.

I’ve been searching for a wedding band to fit with my engagement ring for a year and a half, and after looking at hundreds of different rings, I finally found the PERFECT match at Diamond Concepts in Potomac Mills Outlet Mall this weekend. According to the saleslady and the jeweler, all pieces are custom-​designed and handmade in the Fredericksburg location. The ring I chose was priced at $ 2,000, and we purchased it for under $ 1,000 including sizing. They do all sizing onsite while you wait. I paid for my ring and returned 1 hour later with it perfectly sized and ready to go. They also offer free cleaning, inspection, and resizing for life. Very happy!
