Dale City Baptist Early Learning Program (ELP) is a non-profit preschool directed by Dale City Baptist Church and administered by the ELP Committee of the Church. The purpose of the ELP is to support the home and extend the ministry of the church by providing Biblical based, age-appropriate education for preschoolers. We have been serving the community since 1973.
