Worst store Ever!!! I came in to see if I can get a phone for my family, As soon as I step in the store a guy name Freddy received me while texting on his phone. I ask him for any promotion, he didn’t seem friendly and never stop texting on his phone while talking to me. I will never step in this store again I. No worry after my BAD experience I stopped by T-mobile and got 3 phone plan for my wife me and my son.

Had a 2pm appointment at this location. Was initially greeted by someone right when I arrived at 2pm. At 2:45, without having been updated by a representative, I decided to leave. The store was not busy and there were a couple employees just standing around. Thanks to this poor customer service experience, I’m switching to Verizon.

After a horrible experience at Best Buy, Chris at the AT&T was quick to help. He answered all our questions and got us rolling for a new mobile hotspot. I have never had crappy service at this location and it is the spot that I choose to go to for any help or purchases.

Went to the AT&T store in the mall. The customer rep was extremely helpful. He seemed genuinely interested in the phones that he was demonstrating for us. Another rep seemed completely uninterested in helping another customer. We had great service, but the other customer was greeted as if they were an annoyance to the customer rep. It was a busy weekend at the mall, so on is day I’d classify it as a hit and a miss.

Bad customer service, dealt with this know it all prick named Mathew, who doesn’t explain anything. What ever happened to friendly customer service nowadays? Especially at these mall stores — where its not even that busy.
