Appliance Connection

I have now bought three appliances from Appliance Connection, and they will be my ONLY go-​to place from now on. I bought a washer and dryer for my last home; they delivered the new ones with a smile and took away the old ones for free. Delivery guys were great; salesperson was great! I bought a new washer a couple of weeks ago; great experience again — sales and delivery. I asked them to put the old machine in my yard (the repairman who suggested I buy a new one said he’d fix it up for charity). When the guy didn’t come to get it (and ignored my phone calls requesting him to do so), I searched frantically for a charity or scrap metal company to come get it. No luck at all. Called Appliance Connection and Melanie was WONDERFUL. She told me they’d pick it up and take it away. No charge, no problem. Hallelujah! I wish I’d called Appliance Connection first to save myself some frustration. I love Appliance Connection and you will too!

These people is prejudice and they only care for certain color of people. Once I was there and the manager was treating bad his employees in front of the customers saying bad words to her. Most of sale associates are men and they talk bad about Blondie’s and woman in general. matty Noe is the president of this company, he is the supervisor of the Cole district in prince william county. he should pay more attention to his own company. if he does not take care of his own employees how he will take care of the people of his district.

I was steered to Appliance Connection by the company redoing my kitchen. Selecting new appliances for a kitchen is about as daunting as it gets. I needed an oven/​microwave combination, a gas downdraft range top and a dishwasher.
Went in with a bunch of confusing and conflicting Consumer Report printouts. Rob Mosier patiently explained various things about each item and walked me around the showroom. After becoming even more overwhelmed, we tried to make some rationale decisions. Some were easier than others. For instance, there are only a few downdraft range tops on the market, so its not hard to narrow down a winner. As it turns out, Jennair was providing a free dishwasher if you bought two other major appliances, which I was leaning towards anyway, so it all came together.
The installers were great. All had worked for the company for some time and they appeared to know what they were doing. I peppered them with questions about the products I had bought and problems they see with appliances in general. They interacted fine with my kitchen contractor so there were really no problems. I’ve been using the appliances for about two weeks now and I’m very happy with what I bought, including the dishwasher.
All in all, it was a very positive experience. I never felt pressured at any point of the process. Renovating a kitchen is stressful and all kinds of things come up that you do not anticipate (like having insufficient voltage in the wire to the oven) but Appliance Connection helped make it manageable.

Great customer service. I called because I thought they did repairs. Joe on the phone told me that they don’t but spent few mins to understand what my issue was and even made recommendation. Good customer service is a rarity these days but not a this place. I will come back to this store if I need appliances.

I bought all high end appliances at this location. My salesperson was Charlotte. It has taken me many months to finish remodeling my kitchen and I have made many a visit to this store. I find that most times I am greeted when I walk into the store and the staff are very helpful and knowledgable. My delivery team rocked and I can only give a big thumbs up to all the guys who not only brought my appliances to my home but showed me how to use them before leaving for the day. I would buy an appliance from this location in a heartbeat and would def recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

The owner donated a ceramic cooktop stove a few years ago to our startup after school program for middle and high school students (The House Inc Student Leadership Program). What a great pleasure to prepare a daily meal for arriving students each day. With satisfied stomachs they can better concentrate on their homework afterward. Not sure why the negative reviews on customer service, I’ve had a great experience working with Melanie. I’m in the market to upgrade most of my kitchen appliances and wanted to go the brick and mortar route as opposed to taking my chances with eBay or other online outfits. I actually assumed that I would pay more by going into the showroom but that hasn’t been the case. Melanie has been very patient with me, mixing and matching various mid-​grade brands and communicating with me as I try and determine the best bang for my buck. I am close to settling on a KitchenAid suite with a Jenn Air cooktop and am looking forward to having the measurements/​estimate shortly. Melanie is setting up the guys that take the measurements with all of the specs that I have identified (which includes a laundry list of different brands/​sizes) but has been very professional with her service. Compared to Lowes, Home Depot, etc., the pricing is actually more competitive and obviously the personal service has been impressive. They do not hide any costs in their estimates, showing how the installation + tax breakdown works up front so that a full picture can be constructed (because I sure as heck don’t want to hook up a gas range, dishwasher, electric oven, etc).
I am giving this review prior to delivery and installation and will update it if there is anything out of the ordinary to be wary of, but right now I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Appliance Connection as a very reputable outfit and can see why they have been in the business for 25+ years. I am happy that they are in my neighborhood and encourage more Unilocalers so give them a try if in the market for any of their products.
