Place was sold recently the food is horrible now, from the meatballs to the chicken parm. It’s a damn shame this location is bad luck third time it was sold. It was good before it was sold.

I love that this place is opened late! And the place keeps the grill opened until closing! I love that!
I get out of work late and nothing is opened except 7 – 11.
Other pizza places stay opened until 11 BUT they shut the grill off at 10! But not here! Please! Continue to stay opened late!
The pizza is so good. Generous large portions with very fair pricing!

Okay this use to be a decent spot its now not, the last rating gave 5 stars but based on the actual comment I think they mean 1. There were signs that did say under new management and is now Krispy Krust for about a week then those signs were removed. It appears they’re operating by the vicci’s name for now.
Now to my review, this new management doesn’t know what they’re doing. I called ahead with an order a man with an Indian accent answers (I suspect the new management), they tell me 15 minutes, I arrive tell them I have an order for pick up. They look around asked me what I ordered I tell them. Next thing I hear is the fryer going with part of my order and I see them put the rest of my order in the pizza oven. Like why did I even bother to order on the phone what a waste of time?!? Okay now for the food, they switched cheeses and went to a cheaper oily cheese. I fold the slice in half begin to eat it and out the crust end there is a constant flow of oil, this was more of a drip as literally it flowed. The pizza is now gross. The sauce that came with my cheese sticks was no sauce at all as it was not seasoned and was only tomatoes. They didn’t screw up the cheese sticks but that was a frozen product so it would be hard to mess that up. Overall I think this place went downhill quickly, use to be good but now is garbage.
Message to the new management don’t waste my time, I doubt I will be back again but if I order my food over the phone it’s because I don’t want to order it in person and wait. Also don’t use cheap food products, I noticed the change and the amount of grease coming from my pizza made it the grossest pizza I’ve had since visiting the Midwest. Hopefully you get your act together but I doubt it because based on the food and customer service you have no idea how to run a pizza place.

Pretty upset that they’re no longer Vicci’s. Now they’re some Crispy Crust Pizza bullshit, and the food is just terrible! So sad to lose a place like Vicci’s.

Pizza is good, we have been ordering from here for a while now. BUT there was an issue with my bill and they double charged me by mistake and now I feel like I am getting the run around. Every time I call they «take down my info» and tell me they are going to call me back. This $ 15 overcharge was not that big of a deal until they started giving me the run around. I just want my $ 15 and I’ll find myself a new pizza spot. It’s too bad too because the pizza is pretty good.
