History

Established in 1970.

Bartley custom trailers are built tougher than the competition. Before we began manufacturing trailers, the Bartley Corporation’s service division, led by David Bastian, repaired the trailers used by our concrete division.

David learned what components didn’t hold up and what he could do to strengthen the trailers which were subjected to the rigors of concrete work. David then began building trailers for the concrete division, incorporating what he had learned into producing trailers that could take abuse.

This led David to begin manufacturing trailers for others, primarily landscape contractors, who appreciated the superior specifications. From these humble beginnings, Bartley Trailers has emerged as the leader in tough built trailers. David is still leading this division.
