Be aware of Brian’s Concrete and Construction! The owner Brian K Phillips is a criminal felon and will cheat you on any work he performs. Brian’s Concrete does not follow city codes and will cheat you on rock base thickness, he will not use rebar or wire mesh where required in order to profit more on the job. He will tell you he is pouring a 4 inch slab of concrete, which it will be on the edge, but it will only be 1.5 inches max in the middle, another way he profits more, by cheating you. The owner is a thief. DO NOT pay any money up-​front. A reputable company DOES NOT require up-​front payments. Brian will take your money and not complete the job. BE AWARE! DO NOT leave valuables near the owner or his employees, as they will be stolen. He has a violent criminal history with cases currently pending for felony theft.
