VIP Car Wash and Lube

This was my worst experience at this car wash. The workers wanted to go home so they rushed my 2 cars through the wash and didn’t even clean or wiped down the cars properly. I had to take the rag from one of the workers and wipe the car where there were water spots. I paid $ 30 for both cars and got $ 15 worth of service. They should’ve hired me for all the elbow grease I put in on my own car. If they were such in a rush to go home they should’ve have taken me. Idk if I’m going to come back here.
Idk if it’s because he manager J left that the workers half assed the work. I feel like I got I didn’t get the full car wash I deserved even though I brought both of my cars neither one was washed properly.

Horrible service. When they first opened, prices were cheap to $ 7 any car to $ 13 now. First two times they did a great job. The 3^rd time they broke my dash cam suction cup. The fourth time they were so busy that they didn’t even bother to clean the car. Remember the 3^rd time they broke my suction cup holder for my dash cam? Well this time they didn’t even clean the inside windows. Note I never complained about the 3^rd incident. They are rude and dont care if you’re car is clean.

Horrible. Way too expensive too. Don’t get your car washed here if you care about your car at all. They rip your mats out without turning the button. I’m missing a button on one of my weather mats and I noticed a whole piece is missing which was ripped from the floor on the other mat. I brought it to their attention and they didn’t care. I have a brand new car too. They fling your mats and leave them soaking wet when they toss them back in your car. Then they continue to clean your car and windows with a dirty rag. If you like not seeing through your windows when you drive at night-​this is the place for you! The worst!

I brought my car in just for a regular car wash today and I get in my car and my floor mat on the passenger side was missing. I am 100% positive it was in there before I never take them out especially in the winter. I wanted just an external wash but the guy started vacuuming the passenger side when I told them to stop. So I know that they removed the mat from that side. I told the guy that the mat was missing and they accused me of not having one on that side. I don’t know why anyone at that car wash would want one dirty hello kitty car mat? LOL. But seriously I am PISSED. The guy said he would call if they found and it if not they would offer me a free car wash. I’m sorry but I will not take my car there ever again. I don’t want my other car mat to be stolen. Obviously you have a bunch of thieves working for you.

Great car wash, great service, was very happy with the way my car came out. Will be back.

Best car wash ever! Their monthly fee is so worth the price for the service they provide. This place has one of the best equipments and they are brand new!!!

The best car wash I EVER had! The owner himself even helped dry my car, true VIP service. I recommend this place to everyone I know, if you are in the area definitely stop by and get a wash, u will never go anywhere else.

GREAT CAR WASH!!! The most annoying thing in the world is to pay for a car wash and interior and when it’s finished it doesn’t look done. I was so impressed today by how long it took them to do my interior and I only paid for the basic wash. Thank you so much, it looked GREAT. I’ll be coming back here for sure.
Side note: when leaving the car wash I called the place to make a comment like the one I wrote above saying I was so impressed and the lady who was on the other end didn’t seem like she cared at all. I was bummed by that. I thought she would have appreciated me calling just to say what a great job they did. I hope she passed it along to the workers like I asked but by the sound of her voice, I doubt she did :(

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. This might have been the longest oil change I’ve ever sat through. Even jiffy lube on a busy Saturday is quicker than this! First, the mechanic barely spoke English so I couldn’t understand what he was telling me which was extremely frustrating. He tried to sell me all sorts of service on a less than two year old truck with low mileage. They spent forever turning my lights on and off (which worked fine) and walking around my truck to the point where I was fairly convinced they had damaged something.
The exterior car wash is exactly what it is. Exterior only, vacuuming the inside which is included at most service places is $ 5 extra. There were tons of workers literally just standing around which made me wonder why everything was taking so long. When I went to pay I was charged an additional 9.99 for a special filter that was not included in the price. Although an employee eventually took it off my bill, he proceeded to argue with
I will never ever come back here or recommend it to anyone!

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. To start, they don’t vacuum your car, the use the air hoses to blow the dust and whatever you might have in the car around. I had some artificial turf on the floor of my car when I went it and it was all over my seat when I came out.
There was some bird ‘stuff’ on the hood of my car, which was the primary reason for going. Well it came out still on the hood. It’s like they drove it through the wash at 100 mph
The wiping and window cleaning afterward was even worse. The window cleaner is 99% water. I had to point out the bird stuff on the hood and their remedy was to come over with a dry towel and rub it in a little more, like it was wax! .
Back half of car was left dripping wet. The guy actually looked at the car, looked at me, and then walked away.
Don’t waste your money!

NO EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. Just get your car washed. Thats it. No more than that.
If you go for express oil change they are going to rip you off. The mechanic is going to say you need to change the filter, change this, change that … and so on. And they are going to bill you $ 250 to $ 300 for 10 minute work. God knows if they really do that work. Don’t be scammed with these people. Its better get your car checked with certified or authorized mechanic.
They have a good car wash system and people fall for it. But their main business is to scam you when you go for express oil change and act as if your car engine is messed up and need a total make over and he can fix everything in 10 minutes.
Beware of these cheaters. I don’t think the people who work there is a certified or authorized mechanic. They are just a bunch of people who learned to clean the exterior of the car. Thats it.

DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO UNNECESSARY MAINTANENCE FOR YOUR CAR HERE. I went in for a regular oil change and they pushed and recommend things, saying that I NEEDED maintenance for my car. They made me sit a room and when the mechanic came out, he said that I needed $ 300 worth of maintenance for my car. Although I first refused, he kept pushing it saying to trust him and that my car desperately needed them. Although I didn’t get everything he recommended, I did get things that he kept pushing and saying that I absolutely needed. I then went online and it said that I absolutely do NOT. Actually never ever need for my car. I AM LIVID. He kept saying to trust him and that I absolutely needed it and so I did and so got sucked into all these things I ABSOLUTELY do NOT need ever. Their dishonesty, especially for a place that just opened, is very disappointing. EVERYONE please do yourself a favor and go to the other car washes that are located on 17. (There are so many!) Please boycott them, their dishonesty is not worth your time and hard earned money.
You get a free car wash with an oil change but their ploy is to get you to get all this unnecessary things for your car. Most people aren’t car experts and they throw all this car jumble at you and convince you that you need it but please don’t fall for it!

I come here almost every other day to get my car wash (unlimited). These guys are soo nice and friendly. They take their time to clean the car from inside and out. My car stays sparkly all the time :)

Great mechanic that checked my oil and found a couple other minor issues. Was able to go to pep boys across the street and get the right fliters (they were very marked up here). Car wash was amazing! You’d think I paid for a detail!

Got an oil change and car wash. When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure if I should get out of my car or stay in my car for the oil change (many quick oil change places have you stay in the car, but they did not). After asking the guy he told me to go in the office. No explanation, papers, or question of oil type was asked. I waited about 15 mins before calling me to ask about the oil type.
I asked about my brakes and the mechanic said can give me a deal and save money which was nice (but I opted not to do).
The free car wash only was for the exterior. I had to pay $ 5 extra for vacuum. Did a bad job of wiping down dashboard. Took about 25 mins for everything and cost $ 39 for regular oil and car wash w vacuum. Front desk lady also not friendly when paying.
Definitely prefer Magic Touch in Lodi more. They always have coupons for oil change. Also, they do a free car wash that includes the vacuum.

I love this place! I have been there a handful of times and every time I go I am happy with the results. I go for the «A» package which is the most expensive one after tax it comes out to be around $ 27 I believe and with this package it comes with a free air freshener. They do a fantastic job and really do a nice interior job as well which is what I personally look for the most. The place is clean and well taken care of and the staff was very nice. I don’t think that I will go anywhere else! If you’re in the area looking for a good car wash I would recommend it

I go to this car wash all the time I have the 29.99 unlimited monthly wash. They dry the car perfectly get all the door jams. Vacuum inside wipe the dash and even wash out the rubber mats all for the full service which is unheard of. Even sometimes when I need it they will also clean out the trunk. They are very friendly and also fast.
