I had to update my review! It was a snowy evening so I arrived early, hoping I could get in and out a bit earlier. So happy I showed up a bit early. Since Winnie is AWESOME and totally knowledgeable and efficient, she finished her customer a bit early. I got to see her a half hour earlier than my scheduled appointment time and… I believe this is a personal record… my taxes took 20 minutes! I was out at a bit before 5pm, had time to get some food at Marino’s down the way and still get to my parents to eat before 6pm!
Winnie is *that* good. She is so good the other tax reps are asking her questions about the various laws or how best to process something in the system. Taxes are a big deal –you obviously don’t want them messed up. I feel super confident with Winnie and overall with this location. You are getting what you pay for –true piece of mind that your taxes will be done right. Way to go, Wood Dale location!
