History
Established in 2014.
This quaint and cozy restaurant is in a refurbished 1893 brick building. It was a Meat Market in its previous life. The building was purchased in 2004, the woodfired oven in 2005. Then little by little the woodfired oven was installed, kitchen area stripped down to dirt and rebuilt, the walls sandblasted and painted, floors sanded and sealed, bathrooms installed. Everything is put back to original as much as possible to maintain the integrity of the historic architecture.
