Established in 2014.

After 17 years of honing our craft working for some of the most well established Plumbing Companies in CT, We decided that the industry was lacking a balance. Most Companies either have to much salesman ship or none at all. We believe that you need to have professionalism within your organization and the ability to communicate solutions. We also believe that you need to have the technical ability and family approach of a small locally owned business.

Business Owner

I attended Emmett O’Brien Technical High school from 97′-01′, obtaining a trade certificate in the Plumbing and Heating Department. I have been working in the Plumbing profession since 2001.

My first foray into Plumbing was on the new construction side. Learning how homes and buildings were created from the inside out. After 3 years of on the job training, I received my first license.

Once the bubble started to burst on new homes being built, I went into the repair side of the trade. We call this service. This was very exciting, learning how to pull things apart and put them back together. After almost 2 years I obtained my second license, my Master Plumbing license.

I then went on to work for the largest Plumbing Company in the U.S. There I was a manager and a service technician. I learned to clean drains there. I also learned how the customer could be forgotten or mistreated.

All of my experience is where I derive my different perspective on customer service excellence.
