Woburn Gas & Service

Wow! This place and the owner, Eli, are AMAZING! I don’t have a regular mechanic, as I haven’t really had too many issues with my 2006 Hyundai Accent, but recently I was given a rejection sticker for needing new tires and supposedly new inner and outer tie rods. The first place I went to, quoted me $ 600.00 plus tax… it seemed a little fishy to me, and I got a bad feeling. So, I took my car to Town Fair Tires in Woburn where I always get my tires and alignments, and they recommended Woburn Gas & Service, and even called Eli while I was on the phone, and he was awesome, and agreed that was way too high of a quote and to bring it in on Saturday morning. I called him myself later on that day, expressed my concern that I had no one to pick me up if I dropped my car off, he assured me that if I brought it in at 8:00am, he would have me in and out in under 2 hours. He kept his word, and his co-​worker explained everything to me, even showed me the underneath of my car, checked for any other possible problems, and talked to me like a human being, which being a woman, was very much appreciated. They discovered that my inner and outer tie rods were perfectly fine, it turned out that I needed to replace the ball joints, and the cost was even lower than his initial quote. And he even talked me out of paying him another $ 35.00 to re-​inspect my car, since I already paid the other garage that would do the inspection for free. Now that’s pretty honest in my opinion. I think Eli is one of the very few honest, kind, reliable, decent mechanics out there, and he will now be my go-​to mechanic if ever needed. Thank you Eli and Woburn Gas & Service for taking such good care of me! :)

This is my go to place. Anibal always seems to be there when I need gas. He is so kind and personable! He even waves to me when I just drive by! And for the shop, Eli is so incredibly knowledgable and honest. Being a young woman, I always worry I am being taken advantage of when it comes to my car. But I never have to worry about that here. Overall, I love this place. I make my boyfriend and neighbors go here :)

Eli, Steve… And Everyone at Woburn Gas. are THE BEST! Growing up w/​My Dad owning an Autobody place, I know firsthand how important honesty and good work is appreciated and unfortunately RARE! There are many places that can take advantage of customers. Honestly, most of us women wouldn’t know a rotor from a rooter :) My Dad is now a Priest (talk about honesty) and sold the business years ago. WOBURN GAS and AUTO I trust as much as My Dad’s Place. I PROMISE YOU, you are in THE BEST HANDS.

They were truly a life-​saver today! I had a seminar today in Woburn so I was dressed very nicely today. I left the building and walked out to a… FLAT TIRE!!! Snow everywhere, slush everywhere, ice everywhere. All I could think was… Woburn Gas is less than a mile away. I can make it! I drove in a near panic very very slowly (with people stopping to tell me «your tire is flat!» yeah thanks, like couldn’t notice!) all the way to the garage, and was near tears when I pulled in. I parked in the middle of their lot nowhere near a parking spot, and stumbled into the front office. Eli came out right away, assured me it was «no problem, girl!» and pulled it in right away. 10 minutes later, my tire is fixed and I’m a happy camper! This place is definitely my go-​to!

Elite is the man! Honest, fast, and the hardest working guy in Woburn. My company takes ALL of its vehicle maintenance to Woburn Gas and I would recommend these guys to anyone. Absolutely the best.

I loved this place. I tried taking my car to get it inspected by another car inspection place in Woburn (Advanced Automotive), and they wouldn’t inspect my car without the registration decal, in spite of the fact that the RMV had issued me a printed email receipt acknowledging my registration fees being paid, and which by statute allows the receipt in place of the sticker decal for all things automotive. These guys not only understood, didn’t give me any hassle, and did it all in the 20 minutes it took me to try and explain the statute to the OTHER place and then just leave. I’m going to these guys for everything – oil change, broken down car, gas, etc. A++ in my book! :)

I have been a loyal customer of this great repair shop for over 9 years. I trust their mechanics and owners 100% and have always had fantastic and fairly priced service. Whether you need new tires, brakes or a simple oil change– rest assured it will be done efficiently and in a timely manner.
Living 30 miles away, it is still worth it to make the drive knowing my car will be fixed properly. Thank you for your great service!!!

I own 6 automobiles varying in age and models. Honesty, attention to detail and quality work at a reasonable cost with every visit I’ve had. I can’t say enough about the team at Woburn Gas.

Good prices on gas, they pump it for you.
This place is always in a price war with a neighboring gas station, which is very nice for consumers! So it’s one of the lower priced gas stations in the area.
The mechanics here are good and as far as I can tell seem honest, I have never had a problem with the work. On Saturdays they are busy with inspections and oil changes, so be prepared to wait.
I rented a car from Enterprise in Woburn recently while mine was being repaired, and they told me he does all the work on their cars, which I thought was a pretty good recommendation.
