I worked with a broker from the Russell Realty Group who listed my condo for sale. Once the closing was complete Russell Realty held an overage in escrow from the buyers deposit of a couple thousand dollars which was due to me. I opted to have an attorney represent me at the closing which was on a Wednesday. Because I was not present, the check was to be mailed to me in Maine from Massachusetts. At the time of this review it’s Thursday, more than one week after the closing and the check has still not been received even after being told this in an email from a representative in their office«with the holiday mail schedule you should receive your check by Thursday at the latest.»
