Jeanne provided flowers for my wedding in July, and when I look at the photographs, I still ooh and ahh over her beautiful arrangements. She did a great job to capture the feeling we were looking for, and she was so thorough in communicating in advance about every choice we had to make. The end result was truly a work of art. The colors were vibrant and the blooms were literally picture perfect.
We had only one small flaw (it’s Unilocal,so I have to be honest, right?). Some of the flowers came out of the bridal bouquets. There were not too many, but we did let her know after the fact and she promptly refunded part of our payment, without us even asking. The flaw was certainly not big enough to be turn anyone away and we were 100% satisfied with her response. I’m certain nobody but us even noticed, as the bouquets were so lush.
Although I live out of state, I would definitely use Jeanne again for flowers if/​when needed anywhere close to Woburn!
