I had an old system replaced, I got a carrier a high quality system installed in the attic for a very fair price and also left me more room than I had! The NETR team was the best!!! I couldn’t ask for better, very professional and very nice guys. The unit was installed in 2 days and they left my house spotless. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

He showed up at the promised time and did a thorough cleaning of the unit. I thought the cost was quite fair.

I had an air conditioning/​heat system installed more than a year ago… and then forgot about maintenance until today. James came out and did a fine, professional job of checking out the system and cleaning the system. More he importantly educated me about the importance of maintenance and all the trouble the system could get into without proper maintenance. He showed me the dirty filter so everything he said made sense.
I have really liked having the heating/​cooling system and feel committed to keeping it going. I usually do not sign up for maintenance contracts but decided to take the plunge and sign up for yearly maintenance. There was no pressure to do so… it seemed to me the reasonable thing to do in this instance, especially since now I know the technicians know what they are doing.

I had Netr install two Mitsubishi muz that systems the installation was seamless. I live in a brick home with a stagard brick face. They were unfazed by the complication of the brick. The electrician was challenged trying to get power to both systems but with his expertise he was able to just run the wiring up through the attic.
I want to thank Russell for being so patient in understanding my needs. We are primarily using this for heat to replace my electric baseboard. Jerry &jose did a great job and were willing and able to work around the stuff in my house.

I searched and searched for someone to help me with my 10 year old units. I had 3 other companies come out and «service» my units and give me estimates on what needed to be done. I am SO HAPPY I found NETR. The guy spent 4 – 5 hours cleaning out my units and they run like they’re brand new again! The guy that serviced mine knew everything about the system inside and out! A guy from another company (who didnt know what he was talking about) said they needed to be replaced and to just replace my bedroom unit was going to cost 4k. NETR just cleaned my units and the cost was around $ 470. HUGE difference! NETR has my business for life!

I’m surprised to be writing a review of an AC repair company — I normally review restaurants — but I had a really good experience and wanted to communicate that.
I have a Daikin split system with 1 main outdoor unit and 4 indoor concealed ceiling units that are in tight spaces with challenging access. I maintained the system myself for about 5 years, until I started having a problem with one of the condensate pumps that I couldn’t fix. That’s when I called NETR. NETR was not the company that installed the system, but they came up first when I searched for Daikin in Boston, and I saw that they had a few other good positive Unilocal reviews, so I figured I’d call them.
I worked with Kris (dispatcher) and Bobby (tech) at NETR, both of whom were extremely competent, professional, and polite throughout the whole process (and I’m pretty particular but tried to be not too much of a pain in the ass with them). Kris was totally transparent in his communications and pricing information, and he gave me a choice of a flat fee vs. time & materials. When Bobby came out, he efficiently diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad pump, and performed general maintenance on the system (this took 2 visits because they had to order a new pump in between visits). I watched Bobby throughout the process, and he was extraordinarily thorough. He was also really careful — no tool belt scratching paint on the walls, no heavy crescent wrenches falling on wood floors, etc.
The price was quite fair. I might’ve been able to get the job done for a little less money elsewhere, but «you get what you pay for,» and NETR was fantastic. I wanted someone who was already intimately familiar with these systems — someone who wouldn’t have to figure out much on-​site and could just do the job — and that’s exactly what I got. I had a past experience where I had a tech (not from NETR) unfamiliar with the Daikin system, and he had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Daikin, etc., which increased my cost significantly. That wasn’t the case with NETR, because Bobby totally knew what he was doing.
I would recommend NETR without reservation. Bobby and Kris were fantastic.

NETR did preventive maintenance on my Daikin Split system air conditioners which hadn’t been serviced in a number of years. They did a great job.
The technician was extremely thorough, dismantling and cleaning deeply into the units. He went above and beyond to remove accumulated mulch from around and under my inverters. He even raised one of the units higher by lifting it onto some pavers I happened to have.
I was so impressed by the quality and professionalism of the service as well as the reasonable cost for the time that the job required, that I am taking advantage of their pre-​pay discount and have already arranged for next year’s service.
