Unilocal should have a ZERO star category for locations like this. The hiring requirements must be; surly, discourteous, unfriendly, hate-​my-​job attitude, have the IQ of a door knob, etc.etc.I’ve been to many, many locations throughout New England over the years and this ranks among the worst ever. I’ve been here twice because everyone deserves a second chance BUT, not this one. Horrible and I’ll never be back. This morning I ordered three standard items, coffee, a roll and breakfast sandwich and had to repeat it three times. The sandwich I got wasn’t what I ordered, my bad I should have checked, so I move on. Arrivederci!

This dunkin donuts has the worse drive thru, I have actually timed how long I was in line 10 min, with 6 cars in front of me !!! They take 1 order drive up get your stuff, then they Waite on the next car!!! Poor service, to long to wait !!!
Go to the DD on Winn Street, drive thru is fast and order is always right and people are pleasant.

We got here around 5. While looking over the donuts I asked the lady if they were fresh and she said no. She then offered me a buy 3 get 3 free after 3 pm deal.
We ended up doing the deal and the donuts were pretty good. Not as good as they would have been if they had been fresh though.
I also asked about a type of coffee I had tried previously and wasn’t sure if it was the one she mentioned. The lady that helped us also gave me a little plastic cup to try it.

This place is the worst. Drive through is way slower than it is technically allowed to be. I order the same coffee and it always comes out different. If I order a sandwich, I usually get a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant or bagel or something. But literally half the time, they put sausage on it or forget the bacon altogether. I wish this place wasn’t so convenient. Avoid it I’d you can. If you can’t, don’t leave before making everything is right.

I love this Dunks, especially since they added in the drive thru! The staff is awesome, quick, and actually FRIENDLY at 5:30am! Thanks for my coffee fix every morning!

Solid Dunkies.
Sometimes I stop by for a refreshing iced coffee or other tasty treat. They always get my order right. The drive through is always smooth sailing and the staff is actually pretty friendly. I like that I have the option of going inside to get my Dunkies fix AND pick up some snacks or whatever else my little heart desires (Red Sox puzzle for example) at the Mobil On the Run. Dunkies and Mobil On the Run living together in harmony.

This Dunkin’s has it going on!
I stop here every AM for my coffee and I can get in and out within a minute or two. The staff are FAST and well trained and can keep the line moving.
They have 99 cent daily specials which is cool.
The parking lot is not the greatest and can be hard to find a space sometimes.
