I had a problem with a t shirt I ordered. I contacted the help line. New shirt mailed out in one day. Great customer service. Awesome shirts.

First of all, major props to Chowdaheadz Boston spirit. Sadly, the product we ordered (tire cover) seemed acceptable if not better, but we could not use it because it was the wrong size. Chowdaheadz Refused to return a perfectly new unused tire cover because of the following language on their website:
«Fits mounted tires/​wheels up to 32″ in overall diameter and 11″ wide. PLEASE DOUBLE-​CHECK YOUR SIZE before ordering! We cannot accept returns due to damaged product from incorrect sizing.»
First of all, the tire cover does not fit wheels smaller than 29 inches in diameter which is inconsistent with the description. Furthermore the customer service representative attempted to insist that I couldn’t return it, because it had been opened even though it was mailed in a resealable package. When I pressed, he changed his tune and said they never accept any returns on tire covers. If that was the case — the language on the website doesn’t communicate that returns for undamaged tire covers are not accepted, and instead of sending me language from an irrelevant return policy, he should have just said that up front. Felt rather rudely treated by customer service, which is surprising given so many good stories about service from Chowdaheadz.
Wish my dad had measured the tire properly, but also wish Chowdaheadz would accept my return in perfect condition.

Ordered a Boston shirt from an ad in Facebook. The website was fast and easy, and BAM the shirt was in my mail in I think 48 hours! Shirt quality is very good — not a luxury kind of T, but not at all cheap, better than average. true to size. The design is exactly as pictured and good quality. I love the design, and will be keeping my eye open for more.

BEST customer service! Extremely responsive to email (wrote back within 24 hours). I had to exchange a t-​shirt that was given to me as a gift, and wanted to exchange it for a t-​shirt that was $ 2.00 more. While I was willing to pay the extra $ 2.00, Chowdaheadz waived the extra cost and sent me a new t-​shirt right away. I received the new t-​shirt in less than a week from my original inquiry! Will DEFINITELY get all my team tees from these guys. Thank you :)

AMAZING customer service. Fixed a VERY stressful situation for me around the holidays that was caused by USPS. I’ve ordered from them before, and I’ll order again.

Awesome LOOKING t shirts online. Cool designs. One wash and they end up in the trash. Mine shrunk so bad from a XXL down to a M/​L. I wrote to them 3 days ago. No response. Will never buy from them again.

I have had good service from them in the past, so I was shocked when I got such poor service when I placed an order on July 3. I paid for priority mail and my order did not even go out till Monday, 5 days later. When I questioned them they said they were closed for the long weekend. When I asked to be reimbursed for the priority shipping I paid for and didn’t get, (asked since no where checkout did it say priority shipping was not available at that time) they said no and that they hope I had a good holiday weekend. They have not responded to my emails since, ignoring the fact that I am a unhappy customer, I am very disappointed with them and their customer service.

Ordered a «I might live in (state) but i keep my sox in boston» shirt, and it came really quickly! My boyfriend loved the shirt and the package came so quickly considering we live in California! Ordered a week before Christmas and it still arrived on time! Would definitely order from them again.

The «I MIGHT LIVE IN (YOUR STATE) BUT I KEEP MY SOX IN BOSTON!» shirt turned out to be one of my step-dad’s favorite gifts, ever. In fact, it WAS his favorite gift until I surprised him with Red Sox/​Cubs tickets for Father’s Day… so a t-​shirt has to be pretty darn awesome to barely be surpassed by those amazing tickets, right? Right.
Instead of putting «ILLINOIS», I had Chowdaheadz put «CHICAGO», which really pissed off the (White) Sox fans when we went to one of the Sox/​Sox games last year.
I’ve placed quite a few orders from Chowdaheadz (including pet gear for my Sweet Caroline) and they have been nothing but great. Orders arrive fast, they respond quickly to emails and their shirts are pretty funny and good quality. They aren’t overly thick or thin, don’t look cheap and with the specials they constantly run, I feel like I’m stealing from them!
When we went to the Red Sox/​Cubs game this year, my step-​dad wore that same shirt and I lost count of how many people stopped him to ask where he got it. Don’t get me wrong, we’ve ordered others for him, but that just happens to be his favorite. Thanks Chowdaheadz!

all i have to say is what great customer service and selection for Boston sports fans!
i ordered the «keep calm and fen way on» women’s fitted shirt for a redsox vs cubs game out here in chicago and requested for them not to leave the package without getting my signature. i liked how chowdaheadz actually wrote right on the package «do not leave without signature»
the website has funny stuff for us «bostanions» and something for every Boston sports fan. (both women and men)
no joke about how the merchandise ships out the day after ordering, got my shirt within a few days.
even though I’m currently living out in Chicago, i love that dirty water and Boston will always be my home ;)
highly recommend.
