Dunkin’ Donuts

I come to this location at least twice a week and have never experience any problems but, today that changed. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk/​sugar free flavor and I received watered down milk with a splash of light colored coffee. I thought the employee had mixed it up with the iced tea. I came back through the drive through and told the lady that it was way too watery and it tasted bad. She took my drink back and just added more of the light colored coffee to it… I didn’t even bother coming back through to try and get it fixed because the girl was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her day by wanting my coffee made the right way. Now I’m stuck with a cup of coffee water that has no flavor or milk anymore and I’m out $ 2.53… Very Very Very disappointed…

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Staff is beyond lazy, like you are bothering them for giving them business (it’s okay, Tim Hortons is one exit up) they are always out of something I order (coolata or bananas) so we will not be frequently this location. Management needs to get a grip.

I’ve never reviewed a fast food place before, but the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts exceeded my expectations so much that I feel compelled to write one. We had an enormous order with all kinds of sandwiches and drinks and combos, so I was expecting confusion and a few mistakes. The food was ready lightning fast with no errors. Service was unusually friendly and professional for a fast food chain. Another reviewer said it was dirty and full of bugs, but in my experience it was quite clean and new-​looking. As far as crappy breakfast/​donut places go, this one is great.

Drive through is a little slow at times, but food is ok.

Just terrible. The place is dirty and full of bugs. Don’t waste your time or money here.
