Was there for 2 days aug 24th to the 26tg When took dog out dog was acting funny and i took her for her bath at petsmart and woman said she was loaded with fleas I know that she did not have them when i went up to dells and i would not give any place a bad review But beware of this place Woman at petsmart said she was loaded with fleas

This place is a great place for your pets. We took out puppy Rocky here and we picked him up happier then when we dropped him off. I would recommend anyone who wants to treat the pet to a good pet resort while you are enjoying a vacation yourself. We will definitely be back!

Pampered Paws has given my dog Beau, a great experience! At first I was really nervous to drop him off there as it was his first time away from home. But I was reassured by the staff there who were very friendly and considerate of my feelings. When I picked him up, they showed me pictures of him playing in the pool and having an excellent time. They really put my mind at ease.

My daughters & I brought our dog to Pampered Paws last weekend while we frolicked at one of the Wisconsin Dells water parks.
We dropped off around Friday evening and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the front office & the kennel areas. The dogs had their own little «rooms» with beds & blankets. The staff was friendly and it was reassuring to hear them speaking to our dog and the other dogs in «baby-​talk» like we do. LOL
When we picked her up at around noon on Sunday, she had been bathed as we requested and was happy as can be. We could tell that she played a lot because she slept the whole ride home.
We would not hesitate to bring her back to Pampered Paws in the future.
