I unfortunately need to call this company because I had gotten stuck in one of my client’s driveway. This is actually the second tow company I called. The first time told me that I was nowhere near his vicinity even though I was only about 5 miles away from him!
This nice gentleman. who is an elderly man, came right over, was able to find me within 20 minutes and instead of trying to go straight for hooking me up to tow which he said would be more expensive he tried to put sand behind my tires! With the sand working and me being able to then get out of my clients driveway we know longer needed to worry about hooking up to the tow, which seem to be a little bit of money.
I give this company or four star review only because him coming out to me and putting sand behind my tires cost me $ 40. I understand the need for travel fees, service fees, and everything like that as that is the type of business I am in as well, however I was a little taken aback that it was $ 40!
However with his quickness to get to me and his readiness to help save me money I would definitely call him again if I needed another tow in the area!
