Phyllis is a Notary Public in the State of Florida. Phyllis is educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice and licensed by Florida. As a member of the Florida and National Associations of REALTORS, she abides by a strict Code of Ethics to provide clients with the highest level of service. As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities.
