History

Established in 2011.

The idea for this school started back in the early 1990’s by a teacher who kept a journal of her experiences from each position held in the childcare industry. What worked well and what could be improved? Almost two decades later the time arrived where a unique learning approach and unusual organizational system was ready to be introduced. The school officially opened for business at the end of February 2015.

The cultural aspect which had been laid out first combined easily with a mission to help support the environment through sustainable, green practices. Bringing the whole concept towards a more holistic approach was a natural fit and the final key.

The Mission for the school is to support families with a holistic education in a healthy setting, serving a plant-​strong diet, offering character and personal development, through a cultural and environmental focus that respects all forms of life, while integrating the arts.

Meet the Business Owner

Birgitta J.

Business Owner

Graduated with an Early Childhood Degree from Canada during the mid 1990’s. Birgitta is a current member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and the Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA). Also, certified at the Advanced Level with her Florida Director’s Credential. Birgitta has worked with every age from infants to school age and has been in every position from a camp counselor to the director of a large childcare center. Through her experiences comes the appreciation for the team effort that is required to educate young growing minds.
