China Wok III

This has got to be the worst Chinese takeout hands down. They are overpriced! The fried rice had a burnt taste. They sell the mixed soup at over $ 1.00 more than any other place and to top this off instead of the standard 6 won tons, they give you 4, lol. Basically $ 1/​won ton. I asked for them to add some book Chou another .50 which I didn’t mind paying for but $ 4.75 for soup, burnt fried rice (pork as charred), and egg rolls with no taste. My husband ordered the Singapore noodles and asked them to make it mild. They couldn’t even do that. basically $ 25 + all in the garbage.

Was just ok to me. I tried to be as simple as possible by ordering shrimp fried rice and friend chicken. The first thing that turned me off was the fact that they put my chicken in the box with my rice!!! What!!! So therefore me ordering it crispy was a total waste of time. My bro complained that the food made him sick but he’s a huge exaggerator so let’s just do this evaluation based on what I had. Anyway so the rice; um it was a lil dry as well. On a good note the guy at the front counter was cool. Prob won’t be back. Out here

Had one of the best experiences in dealing with Chinese food to feast! and in delivery! We were locked down in Red Cypress Brewery as one was bartending and the other was engaged in papers that were due by midnight. Saw that China Wok III delivered and suddenly the urge for giving Chinese food another try triumphed. Despite being jaded in the past by several subpar experiences that left me feeling, «Don’t you do it.» I was won over by the awesome reviews by fellow Unilocalers.
Trusting in Unilocal’s EAT24 we ordered away and chose the spiciness with hopes and dreams of being delivered the awesomeness that is Chinese Food. ETA on delivery time was given 45−60mins. Meh, I had papers to write so I would focus my time and efforts. Suddenly, through the doors of the brewery came our food handed by a smiling man. Food had arrived 35mins from ordering which was a pleasant surprise for the both of us. Gave the total plus tip to the man and thanked him as he went on his way.

We had ordered General Tso’s Chicken with white rice, Sesame Chicken with fried rice, Teriyaki Beef Appetizers, and 2 Egg Rolls. Their food quality tastes fresh and clean. Not the expected heavy greasy feeling. Also! Their portions are generous to their prices. Definitely can expect leftovers! And, FORTUNE COOKIES that tastes like vanilla cookies instead of cardboard.
Thank you China Wok III, you guys have redeemed my love for Chinese Food. You now have new loyal customers.

The best Chinese takeout near my house. Standard fare you typically find anywhere else, but not too greasy, and tastes quite good! However, the customer service is phenomenal. One time, they forgot something from our order and the delivery guy drove back to the restaurant and brought it back to us. All of this with a smile to boot. The food with this kind of service will keep me coming back again and again.

Great food and friendly staffs! I looked for chinese food that were similar to/​as good as what I used to have in Boston, and finally found one!

Easily the best egg rolls I’ve ever eaten. The portions are generous at reasonable prices. You can taste the freshness. Excellent Chinese food, thank you!

We are loyal customers and will only buy from China Wok. Their portions are generous and the food is delicious and New York style! We order so often they know who we are and can even just put together our order without us even telling them what we want… they remember for us.

What does a displaced Texan do when they want ribs, but don’t have time to fire up their smoker for 6 hours?
They call the nice folks at China Wok and get a large order of bbq spare ribs. Seriously they hit the spot. They were there for me when I needed them.
Did they use pecan, oak, mesquite, or hickory? No. Did they prevent me from totally losing it due to meat withdrawal? Yes.

Sometimes I just have to have Chinese food. I’m happy we found China Wok.
Not the absolute best American Chinese I’ve ever had but it’s good, satisfies the craving. It’s tasty, reasonably priced, decent portion sizes & they deliver to limited areas.
The a la carte portions are large. They offer select popular items on their
«special combination menu» which are really reasonably priced. It’s a bit smaller entrée/​main dish and comes with white or fried rice & an egg roll. They also have a «lunch» combination special.
Their std pork egg rolls are good (I suspect most Chinese restaurants buy them frozen/​already made anyway) crispy, not greasy.
I happen to like Egg Foo Young (kinda like an egg & Chinese veggie pancake) Some Chinese restaurants don’t make it, but China Wok does and it’s good. Recently they’ve changed the gravy recipe and it’s a bit sweeter, but it’s still good.
One of the best reasons to eat there is that they deliver! They deliver with 5 miles (they’re located in the plaza next to what used to be the HESS Stn near 417 & 434)
They also have online ordering. (Make sure your ordering from the correct China Wok location! — not sure if other location is related or not)
My only negative comment is about online ordering and delivery: one time they lost my online order and I had to reorder/​start over when I called an hour later. Another time, the order was delayed quite a bit (expected in 30 minutes but took 1 hour because they were so busy)
I’m okay waiting a few more minutes because they’re busy.

Just started working in the area and had a craving for Chinese so I decided to stop in for lunch last week. I got the Bourbon chicken lunch special and asked for House Special rice instead which was $ 3.00 more. A little higher than the upgrade of rice back home but when you love it you’ll pay for it. The bourbon chicken was delicious and tender even when I reheated it for dinner. Although I was not fond of the rice. I like my house special rice to be dark not a light brown. Decided to have them again today for lunch and stuck with the pork fried rice no need to waste $ 3.00.

This was a great place to pick up some good chinese food. I ordered the sedame chicken dinner and my boyfriend had the kung pao. The flavor was really good and the chicken was tasty. I like how they didnt use fatty meat. Both rice bowls came with an egg roll. All for about $ 17, good deal :)

I wanted to take a minute to write a quick review for this restaurant. It’s operated by new owners and it’s obvious they have tried very hard to improve things. The food is great, the ingredients are fresh, the people are nice, and the place is clean. It’s great to have a such a good quality Chinese food restaurant so close to our home.

Great food and the lady working the counter was nice and speaks good English. Food was much better than typical Chinese restaurants. Next time I go back I will try the Thai menu

I was told this was a really good place to have Chinese food, it was good and the staff was really friendly and I like that you really get your moneys worth when you have Chinese food.
The Sesame chicken I had here was good and they make it fresh so get it hot.
There prices are good and you get more then what you pay for. Some Chinese places mess up your orders but this one got it right and we did not have to wait to long.

I really like the chicken with garlic sauce. It is very good and worth it if you have never tried it. The fried rice is so-​so. I have had a few things here and always pick up, never had delivery although they do deliver. The place seems clean enough for me. You can see the whole kitchen and I noticed the hood vents in very good shape, not greasy.

I ordered General tzos chicken but instead I was given some type of fish. The rice was OK, won’t I die over it. Looking inside, it looks very unclean. Would recommend trying elsewhere.

This is our go-​to Chinese delivery. The quality and flavor of their food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the delivery is quick and friendly. I’m not a fan of the egg drop soup as it lacks the eggy flavor; everything else we have tried is pretty good. If you’re in the 434 Winter Springs/​Oviedo area around 417 exit, give them a try.
