Established in 1999.

Our full service Pilates studio and group classes of six or less afford us the opportunity to provide individual attention. Duets, trios and 30 minutes sessions options available.

We are the only Gyrotonic studio in central florida. We also have group gyrokenisis classes of 6 or less.

Business Owner

Deborah, owner and founder of MatWorkz, has been practicing and teaching Pilates since 1997. The cornerstones of her success are 1) her on going professional training, 2) her belief we are all capable movers, 3) her ability to understand the importance of mental focus to be healthy and happy.
