I have sold to this location multiple times, but on one occasion I accidentally traded in a pair of my favorite denim. Luckily, the store still had them in stock when I realized what I’d done, but they made me buy them back at their retail price instead of the $ 4 or whatever they gave me for them. I thought that was kind of lame.

The BEST consignment shop in the area. Amazing selection of dresses skirts bags assesories. Very clean and well organized the staff is great, very helpful.

Definitely the best consignment store in the Orlando area! I have found so many great items. There is a good variety of all different types of clothes– workout clothes, business attire, casual, and dressy.
I can’t give anymore than three stars because I took multiple very high quality and lightly used (if at all used) items to sell and they were completely rejected. I actually brought in one relatively new Michael Kors bag which I recently saw posted on their Instagram page and they did not accept mine. I’m sure there is some process they go to, but I really expected for them to accept much more of my items!
Still the best consignment store, but 50% of a consignment store is what they sell and the other 50% is what you sell. I’m sure there are many lovely ladies out there who would love to buy my brand new TopShop, American Apparel, and Michael Kors items!

Avalon Exchange is my favorite new obsession! This is hands down the best used clothing store I have ever been to! They are obviously very particular about what they will buy as they have a wonderful assortment of clothing, shoes, purses and accessories. The best part is the phenomenal prices on every single item. I scored a Diane Von Furstenberg silk dress for only $ 32!
As much as I love a killer find, I severely lack the patience to sift through unorganized resale stores that I have visited in the past so I was hesitant on my first visit. Avalon was so easy and pleasant to shop in! The items are well organized and it is easy to see everything. The building itself is very spacious, clean and bright. All the items were in wonderful shape and were from brands that you actually want! The staff was friendly and the fitting rooms were clean.
I cannot say enough great things about Avalon Exchange and will find my way there any chance I get!

Great store!!! Found a pair of Dansko Shoes, regular retail $ 150 for $ 24, practically brand new! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was very organized by size and style. Easy to shop and very clean!

I’ve bought and sold clothes here, and am a fan. The space is super cute, bright and open, and the clothes are organized and not smashed together on the racks, so you can actually see everything.
On my first visit, I brought in a couple bags of clothes and shoes to sell, and walked around and looked at clothes while they went through them. I felt I was offered a pretty fair price for my items, as they were a mix of professional and casual clothes, spanning different brands. It didn’t take them long to make me an offer, and I was given cash on the spot. You also have the option to take a store credit.
When I came back to shop, I chuckled as I saw a few of my dresses on the racks. I ended up trying a few items on, and bought a top. Again, prices are super reasonable, and they have a small selection of dresses that would be ideal for upcoming holiday events. They also have a good selection of jewelry, sunglasses, and handbags.
Since they are getting new items in every week, I plan to check back in often.

Really awesome new store– I got a great black jumpsuit there today for $ 12 and the ladies working there were wonderful! I’ll definitely be back.

Okay, so Avalan Exchange has only been open since mid-​August, just under 2 months, and I think I have been there about 5 or 6 times… to sell clothes… I have problems… Haha
I have actually been slowly cleaning out my closet to be more minimal and since Plato’s Closet is always fully stocked and extremely picky, I decided to bring my clothes to Avalon Exchange. I have been able to successfully sell a lot of my inventory to them and the staff there are extremely friendly — when they’re not able to accept clothing, they don’t make you feel bad about yourself or your clothing choices like they do at Plato’s. They give you a fair price on your clothing and they have a similar buying model as Plato’s and Dechoes Resale.
Like most places, they offer you more in store credit than they offer in cash, which entices you to browse their racks… and it works. For every few articles of clothing I’m able to sell, I end up going home with at least one item… The store is well kept and clean and with the tall ceilings and big windows in the front and back of the store, you get to browse their racks in an open and light-​filled space that makes shopping a little more comfortable.

I love this place! The employees are so friendly & helpful. The clothing selection is fantastic. I’ve found awesome stuff here for great prices! Definitely recommend. :)
