Our firm has experience with I-9 compliance, work visas, family-based, investment visas and visas for foreign athletes and dancers. This firm is recognized for the individualized attention we offer to each client.
The founding partner, A. Renee Pobjecky, is a Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Executive Vice Chair of the Central Florida Chapter. On the national level, she is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker. Her immigration articles have been published in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Business Owner
Immigration Attorney A. Renee Pobjecky has represented her clients on a variety of immigration issues ranging from investment visas to family based immigration matters.
Renee is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science and minors in English and Business Administration. In 2001, she received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law.
Renee is a member of the International Sections of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar. She was a 2006 and 2008 recipient of the Pro Bono Attorney Outstanding Participation Award from Florida Rural Legal Services and the Lakeland Bar Association.
Renee is serving her second term as the Executive Vice Chair of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. She was named a Rising Star in the Practice of Immigration Law by Super Lawyers for 2014.
Renee is a frequent speaker on immigration issues and has written several articles.
