This post office serves my area. The «mail hold» feature can not be trusted. I have had mail delivered during requested hold dates and not delivered to my mail box when the mail hold ended, not once but several times. The hold for pickup service may or may not work, its about a 50% chance that you package will be picked up. My other complaint is my mail is at times delivered to the wrong address, usually the same place and their mail comes to me, complete different streets, spelling not the same, just same house numbers. I truly would like to be on the side of the USPS, but service is not good.
