Our mission at CogniTutor is to train students how to learn. By focusing on this rather than merely helping a student pass a class, we can give the student the tools to do well in the future withOUT the help of a tutor! Here at CogniTutor, we understand the difficulty of getting into college and choosing a career so we have developed courses to help students with those areas.

History

Established in 2014.

Loni grew up in Polk County and returned after receiving dual degrees in biology and psychology. She wanted to help her community in a way she could, thus, CogniTutor was born!

Loni saw the potential and need in Polk County and decided to start helping students learn. She is especially interested in helping students prepare for college, do well in college, and find a career after college because she personally knows how difficult that time in one’s life can be.
