First of all, I WOULD go back here because 1) I love Irish pubs and 2) It had a fun vibe. I really liked the atmosphere and overall look of the place. The menu was huge and had a lot more options than I anticipated. That being said, I probably shouldn’t have gotten nachos at an Irish pub, but they were called Irish nachos!!! The nachos were OK, but slightly cold. My husband ordered bangers and mash, and I was really impressed with his meal, especially the side of carrots. I know it sounds weird, but they were sliced perfectly and the flavor was awesome. Any time I try a vegetable that actually tastes good, I’m a happy camper. My friend ordered the sliders, and I don’t think she was a big fan, but she said the fries and dipping sauce was good. Our service was a bit slow, but we were in a room off to the side, and I typically give some slack to bar restaurants where patrons typically linger and do not expect quick service. Basically, if you’re looking for the pub experience, you found it. I think it’d be the perfect place to chill, eat and drink. I wouldn’t go just for the food, but if you’re expecting typical bar food, I think you’ll have a great time. Note: Mondays are trivia night, so whether you want to or not, you will be listening to trivia :) I’m looking forward to going back at some point and trying a different dish.

The fish and chips are awesome! Honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. The drinks aren’t too expensive and service has been consistently decent each time I have gone. The atmosphere at night is fun, especially at the outside bar. If the weather is good make sure you sit on the outside patio.

I’ve been coming to Hagans literally since the day it opened. They have a huge selection of drinks, both beer and liquor. I completed their beer challenge and got my name on the wall. Aside from being a great spot to watch a game, drink a beer, or hang out with friends, it is a great place to eat. Their chicken wings are awesome and I reallly like their pretzel dunks and potato and beef croquettes. They offer traditional Irish fare and the bangers and mash are spot on. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and drinks.

Hagan’s has the best prices of anywhere in town. They have the most TVs, largest selection of beer and whiskey, and great food. The best part is the outdoor patio. Hagan’s is definitely the best and only authentic Irish pub in town. I love it here and would recommend it to everyone!

Decent exterior with the whole Irish pub theme they are going after. Walked in here on a Thursday afternoon after a round of golf. Not crowded but the drunks were at the bar… lol…the place was kinda dark and looked a little dated. The TVs were small and dated as well. They ha a projection screen which is so blurry you couldn’t look at it. I guess everything is dated here! Bartenders nice but not good to look at unfortunately. Menu was ok and the corned beef sandwiches we had were good but could of been a little stronger on the beef. Not a bad place for a bite to eat or a shot and a beer.

First visit good drink, bad food, good service 2nd visit good drink, good food, bad service Very hard to justify a third visit, l feel for our server who was covering the patio and main by herself but that does not excuse the restaurant. This has all the makings of a good hangout but after being surrounded by unbussed tables and slow service on a Saturday afternoon I’m inclined to pass this place by. Really sitting amongst dirty tables for 1.5 hours is in excusable.

I love Irish pubs in general and this place is a welcome addition to the Winter Garden area. If you want to grab a drink and some food late night it is also open later than most anywhere in Winter Garden at 2am most nights, and is a good place to catch a game if you want as well. Really like the Irish Nachos and the wings are very good also. Never had bad service here either, and the atmosphere is inviting and the bar is clean. If you like Irish pubs you should definitely visit!

No hostess to seat you(they actually have a «seat yourself sign like a small family diner», wait staff seems to run the restaurant on a Sunday night. Server was polite but food was mediocre at best. The mini burgers seemed all pre frozen and were dry. 1⁄3 of the tv’s and screens were not on when we got there but we saw that someone else complained and a server grabbed a remote and turned on the football game eventually. There was a gentleman next to us at a table that was passed out, had his head down in the table and was asleep with his 6 friends talking and watching him. Fine for adults but we had two kids with us. We arrived about 7:30pm and left about 9 pm. Beers were good. We would return to drink only but not with the family.

The servers didn’t know about the wall-posted specials(unless it was the pre-7 specials), the fried pickles were very greasy, and the overall value was simply not there.

This is a great place. We just moved into the area and a friend said we should give it a try. It has a feel of an old Irish pub inside. We had a lovely server named Sarah. She knew all about the menu, made good recommendations and looked after us checking back to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We started with the wings which were lovely, then for dinner had the fish and chips and also the meatloaf. There are also lots of other solid choices on this menu.

Stopped by for a beer. Saw they have a raw bar now? In an Irish pub… wow who thought that one up? Well i tried the oysters rockefeller and ended up with food poisoning. Should have known better.

You know what they say in Ireland. «Shut your mouth and eat your dinner.» That’s so hard to do because I’d love to tell you how much I love this place but the food is so good and well, you know the saying. It’s rude not to follow it. Do yourself a favor. Get the Irish Nachos! Oh and those little potato cakes things too. I’m sure the young lad helping you and help you figure out the thing I’m talking about on the appetizer section. They’re mashed potatoes and cheese and… just order them. It’s rare that a restaurant can dish out good food, great décor and a nice vibe. This place does it. Afternoons on the two trips I’ve been I’ve found this place to be relaxing and laid back and then get ready to boogey woogey Irish style at night because that is when this place lives up to to it’s name«Irish». Ha, you thought I was going to say pub. You gnome me too well. Service is clean and friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

Through my years of watching reality TV cooking shows and my own regular cooking at home, I have developed a pretty keen sense of fresh vs non-fresh ingredients. I remember the days of ignorant bliss where any old bar food and a beer was amazing. Call it a blessing or a curse, but those days are gone. And so as I ate through my Irish nachos and brisket meatloaf I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I was staring at a plate of at least partial leftovers. Things on my plate were certainly reheated in some sense. Likely made days ago, frozen thawed and served. Many restaurants do this, but if you’re a foodie it’s major turn off. After being here twice I would rate the food 3 stars at best. If you’re indifferent to greasy, half ass bar food, then this place will do just fine. That said service was exceptionally friendly, albeit a bit slow. My recommendation is go for the beer, football and atmosphere. Skip the food.

I love Monday nights! Trivia at 7, $ 5.50 three olive and Captain doubles! You can’t beat it! The only thing better is Bartab bingo on Tuesdays with their $ 5.50 Jack Daniels and Bacardi ;) LOVE this place!

Great pub on the outside, all the times I have come here I dont think I came early enough to eat inside. Anyways the food here is great. I just get the usual bar foods, wings, fries etc. Also they have a full bar so I always get my usual captain and coke. Great place to hang with friends or watch some games.

I used to love this place — but after the last two visits, it’s definitely headed the wrong direction. Service is surly and slow when the place is half full, but it’s the food quality that has really slipped — my chicken was either frozen or old, quantity is cut back, freshness and taste are a thing of the past. The flies buzzing inside and seeing mops, buckets and rags in plain view don’t help the ambiance, which is a real shame given how nice the furnishings are. Current management seems focused on cutting corners, which is why the place is empty a lot — we won’t go back until or unless it gets an extreme quality makeover to restore its glory from when it first opened a few years back — which is a real shame because I much prefer to keep my money local.

Went here with a work event. It was pretty good. Great service and I’d say pretty much all the food was good except for the sheppard’s pie. Had a couple slices and both tasted like they’d been swimming in soy sauce. Odd. Overall though, the rest of the food was good, the drinks were delicious, the staff friendly, and it made me want to go back. I’m a fan!

Usually, it must be said, I hate Irish pubs, places people go to watch sports, upscale bars, everything in Winter Garden, and bar food. Oreillys defies all expectations! I came here on a lark to watch World Cup(of which they are showing every game) and it was fantastic. Lot of beers on tap. Good. Half price domestics for happy hour. Also good. Try the Irish Nachos. Great. For $ 9 or so you get a true monstrosity of food, a terrifying Mt Whitney of sweet potato chips layered with beef, cheese, and sour cream. This thing is immense, delicious, and– Holy Moses– works out to about $ 3 a person. Also very pleased with our server, the atmosphere, the beers. HOWEVER! Most importantly let me mention the Costa Rica has beaten world class powerhouses Uruguay and Italy. A tiny country with no army has come from almost nowhere to shock the universe! Like Oderus Ungerous defeating Jesus Christ in 1on1, this is truly a victory for the ages!
