This William Sonama is a joke! Their customer service is definitely geared to their more«upscale» clientele and even as a card holder/member of the store, the effort their staff puts to treating us special is minimal. I could have probably checked myself out and they would have been perfectly fine with that option. We went to get a gift for a friend and we asked to have the gift«gift wrapped» and the person who must have done the wrapping must have been blind or told not to put so much effort into it. I’m pretty sure when my friend opens the gift that the price tags will still be on the items. Let this be the last time I step foot into that location.
