I went in today & was able to get some terrific used appliances to suit my needs. They are local, family owned & do a lot for Winston-​Salem. That is why I considered them an option along with Lowes. They offer delivery & financing, plus a personal touch that isn’t possible at a chain store like Lowes. They helped me stay under my budget & even gave me advice on self repair. I am really glad I decided to go with Wagner Appliance. It’s hard to even find a local business to use sometimes, but I am happy to discover we have this great Winston-​Salem local appliance business. They are a class act & I support them with my 5 stars!

These people have pretty decent deals available for appliances. The only things is that the staff/​owners are rude and it seems like they could care less about customers. I have also had problems with their delivery service. The one person I have talked to on the phone literally told me he didn’t know what to tell me after I asked him a question. I am typing this and still don’t have my washing machine yet!!! I will definitely not be back here!!!
