Save yourself the time and money!
I’ve been to this store on many occasions and I’m tired of the dismissive and disrespectful personnel employed here. Unfortunately it’s the closest hardware store nearest my house. Now I drive across town to go to a different store. This place charges triple what other hardware stores do and they are snobby about it. I’m sick of it and won’t ever go back.

I bought two kerosene heaters over the phone and went to the store to pick them up. The employee had written down my phone number and debit card number incorrectly. When the card didn’t go through and he couldn’t reach me on the phone, he made the decision to sell them out from under me — regardless of the fact that I said I’d be there in one to two hours to pick them up. The owner apologized, but didn’t offer any suggestions to make it right. I also found out that this store charged $ 20 per heater than is advertised on the Ace Hardware website and has a «no return policy» on «snow items» — wouldn’t a kerosene heater be a winter item, not just snow? I will never go to that store again!

«Welcome to Ace Hardware!» :) You can’t possibly walk in here without being greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I come here quite often for many different needs. The post office is the best. The ladies behind the counter are a hoot! They are so thoughtful and helpful. They always make sure I’m getting the best price for what I need done. Even when they have to go out of their way they do it with a smile.
I have also had keys made at this location and bought general garden or housing items. I love that there is a location so close to my neighborhood, especially when I need a quick nut or bolt to round out whatever project I may have gotten myself into.
If they don’t have your item they will guide you in the right direction :)

I like coming to Ace because it is smaller than other hardware stores. Bigger places can be intimidating. The staff is very helpful and easy to find through out the store. They do have less of a selection, so if you are looking for something really specific they may not have it. Their prices are good and I have paid lower for several items.
