Sawtooth Center For Visual Art

I bought a fancy camera to take pictures on my honeymoon and figured I should sign up for a class to learn how to use the thing. Enter Photography One! Katie teaches this particular class, she is very friendly and definitely knows a heck of a lot about cameras. The class is helpful but sometimes feels like not the most effective use of time. It can be hard to run the class in the most efficient manner because people have questions that require long explanations that are not relevant to me at all. I guess that is probably a problem for a lot of beginner classes since beginner is a broad term and people are at all sorts of different levels of beginner.
The building itself is part of Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts, we meet in the photo lab and the computer room. They have a café that is open until 8 or 9pm which is a big plus if you have to run to the class right from work.
