I went to the store earlier this week to get my laptop repaired. The elderly lady at the counter was extremely helpful and fixed the issue within a minute. She was quite knowledgeable, offered me tips on how to maintain my laptop and what to do if this happens again. All this without charging a single penny!

I can’t adequately express how much I would recommend this place. They are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I went there with laptop in hand expecting the worst and as soon as I walked in the door I got excellent customer service — Cecil (he’s awesome) spent 30 minutes with me and totally got my stupid machine working perfectly — when I asked for the bill he said «no charge — advice is free»!!! Not only that he gave me lots of tips for better performance. If you need tech help — look no further.
